Booking Policy

Bookings will not be confirmed without an advance payment. A minimum of 40% of the total rental amount is required to secure your booking.

Advance Payment

The advance payment is non-refundable.

Security Deposit

Items will not be delivered or handed over until the required security deposit, based on the value of the clothing, has been received.

Late Return Charges

If items are not returned by the agreed due date, a late fee will be applied per day as follows:

• Items valued at PKR 5,000: PKR 500 per day

• Items valued at PKR 10,000: PKR 1,000 per day

• Items valued at PKR 20,000: PKR 2,000 per day

Damage Policy

In case of any damage to the rented clothing or accessories, the customer will be required to pay the full retail value of the item.

Inspection of Items

Please inspect all rented items thoroughly before leaving the store. Claims made after departure will not be entertained.
